At Peeps Aviary, I share that thought. I do not sell or exchange names
or any other information about my customers with third parties.
I will on occasion send out notices of sales to my customers.

The information that is collected when placing an order is needed to
bill and ship your order. Name, address, shipping address, credit card
number, telephone number and email address is the type of information
collected for this purpose.

Orders are shipped with in one to two days of receipt of payment. In
the case of payment with a personal check, orders will be shipped after
the check has cleared the bank.

Occasionally an item is out of stock, such items would be shipped as
soon as they are received from the distributor. If an item is out of
stock, you would then have the option to cancel any item on back order
if you so choose.

Refunds will be given on items unopened or that are for some reason
defective. All clearance sales are final unless the item is deemed to be
defective.
