My goal is to raise happy, healthy, well socialized fids (feathered kids). I pull babies at two weeks of age for hand feeding. This allows more time for socializing and bonding. I will not sale un-weaned babies. Each baby is closed band and comes with a hatch certificate. This shows the baby is captive bred and also its age. All babies also come with an information packet and food samples. Shipping is available (weather permitting) at buyers expense. I am also willing to drive to meet you with some special arrangements, weather permitting. If you have any questions or special concerns please email me. |
The Nest box is where I will be posting pictures and video clips of babies. You will be able to see babies at different stages of growth.

Quaker babies are probably my most favorite baby to hand raise. These babies grow very fast and change almost every day. They are just to cute!
I have included a video clip of some Quaker babies. A Lovebird baby that is also in the tub thinks he should get fed by every birdy.
See more babies below!
Zebra Finch babies are about the size of the end of your little finger when they hatch. They grow very fast doubling their size in just a few days . They have great parents, their crops are nice and full!
Budgerigar (Budgie) babies in the nest box. The size difference between clutch mates can be seen as one baby has no down or feathers! One of the older babies in the picture on the right.
